Start 24 briquettes
Season & flour the beef
Place the ready briquettes under the oven and brown the beef.
When half done, add the onions.
When mostly done, add the garlic.
When the beef is done, add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, ketchup and parsley and stir through.
Move 18 briquettes on top.
Cook for 20-30 minutes.
Add the noodles, and check after 20 minutes.
Add some broth, wine, beer or water if needed.
Cook another 10 minutes if the noodles aren’t done.
When the noodles are done, add the sour cream and cook another 10 minutes.
Garnish with some additional parsley.
Serve with hot crusty bread and a salad.
