Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9x13 deep baking dish.
In a food processor, combine the topping ingredients until crumbly. Set aside.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat the eggs and set aside.
Cream the butter and sugar together.
To the butter/sugar mix, add the flour mixture and milk alternately until combined, but don't over mix it.
Fold the beaten eggs into the batter.
Spread into the 9x13.
Sprinkle half of the crumble topping over the batter.
Take a butter knife or chopstick and stir the topping through the batter.
Spread the remainder of the topping over the top of the batter.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until firm; check with a toothpick.
Serve warm if possible.
