thawed

sharp, or Colby

can cream of celery soup

sour cream

finely chopped onion

melted butter

ground red pepper
Topping

crushed corn flakes
Ritz crackers, or potato chips

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350o
Mix the first 8 ingredients and put in a sprayed 11x14 dish.
Add the crushed corn flakes to the butter and mix them together
Sprinkle them over the top of the potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
