Ingredients

steak, pork, or chicken
Seasoning of your choice
Green pepper - bell
poblano, or Anaheim
White Onion
Roma Tomatoes
Small soft tortillas
Hot sauce
Limes
or lime juice
Fresh or dried cilantro
Instructions
Slice the pepper and onion thinly, and then season them lightly
Cut the tomato into small cubes and set aside in a bowl
Season your meat and cook over the fire.
Heat a cast iron skillet, add some oil and cook the sliced peppers and onions. Don't let them overcook.
Remove the meat when it's browned on the outside but rare on the inside. Slice the meat thinly and then add to the skillet to finish cooking.
When the meat is finished, place the skillet on the table along with the tortillas, tomatoes, hot sauce and cut limes or lime juice.
Assemble your tacos, and enjoy!
