Cabbage Steaks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • Olive Oil
  • Seasoning I like Cavender's for this
  • Lemon Juice
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut the bottom off of the cabbage to remove the stem and create a flat spot.
  • Remove any dark leaves from the outside.
  • Place the cabbage on the flat spot, and then slice into 3/4 to 1" slices.
  • Place the slices on a sheet pan, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Flip the slices over and repeat.
  • Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with lemon juice and Parmesan cheese before serving.
