Put the almonds and sesame seed in a non-stick skillet and heat them on over a medium flame, stirring regularly, until fragrant.
Crush the ramen noodles. Combine these with the almonds and sesame seeds and set aside.
Toss the cabbage and green onions together in a large bowl.
In a small bowl or jar, mix up the dressing ingredients (oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and flavor packet).
Just before serving, pour the dressing over the greens and toss.
Add the almonds, sesame seeds, and Ramen noodles and toss again.
