BLT Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 strips of cooked bacon
  • 2-3 cups of cooked bowties shells, or macaroni (1.5 cup dry)
  • 1.5 cups chunked tomato bite size - grape or cherry tomatoes cut in half work great!
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped green pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 2-3 tablespoons of softened butter
  • ½ - 1 cup of Miracle Whip - just enough to moisten the salad and hold it together.
  • Several shakes of hot sauce or cracked black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Fry the bacon, or cook it in the oven, until crisp but not burnt.
  • Cook the macaroni until soft.
  • Chop the vegetables
  • Combine all of the ingredients, taste and adjust seasoning.
