Black Bean Salsa Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can black beans
  • 8 oz of salsa
  • 8 oz of diced green chilies
  • Chopped jalapeƱo peppers
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • Shredded CoJack cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat the beans to a low boil, and mash most of the beans into a paste after they have cooked for a little while.
  • Add the salsa and chilies and mix through.
  • Add jalapenos to the level of heat wanted.
  • Add the sour cream and mix through.
  • Add shredded cheese and blend; you can keep adding shredded cheese until the dip reaches the consistency that you want.
